Scope of Work

Served as Technical Assistance Contractor Coordinator (TAC-C) supporting Public Assistance disaster recovery operations activated under DR-4827-NC (Tropical Storm Helene), with expanded operational support under supplemental declaration DR-4837-NC.

Provided administrative, personnel, and workforce coordination support within the Joint Field Office environment, including:

Oversight of up to 30 Technical Assistance Contractors (TACs).
Onboarding, deployment tracking, and demobilization coordination.
Personnel accountability and timekeeping oversight.
Compliance alignment with FEMA and Prime contractor requirements.
