By purchasing products, requesting services, paying an invoice, submitting a deposit, booking an appointment, downloading digital materials, registering for training, using our website, or otherwise engaging with VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not purchase products, request services, submit payment, book appointments, or use our paid offerings.

This Policy is intended to clearly explain when refunds, cancellations, credits, returns, exchanges, or rescheduling may or may not be available.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Service Agreements, Statements of Work, invoices, proposals, order confirmations, and any written agreement between you and VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC.

 

If a signed written agreement between you and VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC contains refund or cancellation terms that conflict with this Policy, the signed written agreement will control only as to the specific services or transaction covered by that agreement.

2. General Refund Position

 

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC, all sales are final once payment is submitted, services are scheduled, digital materials are delivered, work begins, resources are allocated, products are customized, or an order enters fulfillment.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC does not guarantee refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or charge reversals for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Failure to read product or service descriptions

  • Failure to review this Policy before purchase

  • Failure to use a purchased product or service

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment

  • Failure to provide required information

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences

  • Failure to obtain a desired result

  • Failure to receive a job offer, contract award, certification, client approval, or business outcome

  • Refusal to follow instructions or provide cooperation

  • Completed, partially completed, or delivered services

  • Digital downloads, templates, guides, scripts, forms, or training materials

  • Customized, personalized, printed, laminated, branded, or made-to-order products

 

Refunds, if granted, are issued at the sole discretion of VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC unless otherwise required by law.

3. No Guarantee of Results

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may provide professional services, consulting, training, workforce support, customer experience support, operational guidance, disaster recovery staffing, resume review, business documents, templates, digital resources, and related offerings.

 

You understand and agree that results are not guaranteed.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC does not guarantee:

  • Employment

  • Contractor placement

  • Client approval

  • Government contract award

  • Proposal acceptance

  • Certification completion

  • Business growth

  • Revenue increase

  • Sales conversions

  • Customer satisfaction scores

  • Call volume outcomes

  • Staffing availability

  • Operational performance metrics

  • Legal compliance outcomes

  • Funding approval

  • Disaster recovery approval

  • Public assistance approval

  • Any specific personal, business, financial, or professional result

 

Dissatisfaction with results, lack of desired outcome, or failure to achieve an expected result does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Service Payments, Deposits, Retainers, and Setup Fees

 

Payments for services may include deposits, retainers, setup fees, consultation fees, administrative fees, project fees, hourly fees, milestone payments, monthly fees, or flat-rate service fees.

 

Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once paid.

  • Retainers are non-refundable once paid.

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • Administrative fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • Service payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Project fees are non-refundable once resources have been allocated.

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

  • Partially completed services are non-refundable to the extent work has been performed or resources have been reserved.

 

A deposit, retainer, or setup fee compensates VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC for reserving time, planning, administrative preparation, onboarding, document review, resource allocation, staffing coordination, system setup, and lost opportunity costs.

 

Payment of a deposit or retainer does not guarantee any specific outcome.

5. Cancellation of Professional Services by Client

 

If you wish to cancel a professional service, project, consultation, appointment, or engagement, you must provide written notice to VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC at: info@vonissolutions.com

 

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, consultation, meeting, training, project start date, or appointment time.

 

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

 

Upon cancellation, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may retain all amounts necessary to cover:

  • Work already performed

  • Administrative time

  • Planning time

  • Research time

  • Document preparation

  • Scheduling time

  • Contractor or subcontractor coordination

  • Vendor fees

  • Platform fees

  • Payment processing fees

  • Lost opportunity costs

  • Materials prepared or delivered

  • Time reserved for the client

  • Any non-refundable deposit, retainer, setup fee, or service fee

 

If VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that a partial credit or partial refund is appropriate, such credit or refund may be reduced by any completed work, incurred costs, third-party fees, payment processing fees, administrative time, and non-refundable amounts.

6. Cancellation by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to cancel, refuse, suspend, delay, or terminate services, appointments, purchases, programs, memberships, orders, or engagements at any time if we determine that:

​

  • Payment has not been received or has failed

  • Payment is disputed or reversed

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected

  • The customer or client provided false, incomplete, misleading, or unlawful information

  • The customer or client fails to cooperate

  • The requested service is outside our scope

  • The customer or client engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct

  • The requested service creates legal, regulatory, reputational, operational, or safety concerns

  • Required information, approvals, access, or materials are not provided

  • Performance becomes impractical, unsafe, unlawful, or impossible

  • A conflict of interest or business risk is identified

  • The customer or client violates our Terms, policies, agreements, or applicable law

 

If VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC cancels before work begins and no resources have been allocated, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion. If work has begun, materials have been prepared, digital products have been delivered, products have entered production, or resources have been allocated, refunds may be denied or reduced accordingly.

7. Missed Appointments, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

 

Appointments, consultations, interviews, service meetings, training sessions, and scheduled calls require preparation and reserved time.

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

​

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment without refund or extended time.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled meeting does not entitle you to a refund.

  • Failure to provide required materials before an appointment does not entitle you to a refund.

 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may treat the appointment as a no-show.

 

We may, at our sole discretion, allow one courtesy reschedule depending on availability, service type, and circumstances. Courtesy rescheduling is not guaranteed.

8. Rescheduling Policy

 

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, depending on the type of service.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may approve, deny, or limit rescheduling requests at its discretion.

 

Rescheduled appointments must generally be used within 30 calendar days of the original appointment date

unless otherwise approved in writing.

 

Failure to attend a rescheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the payment, deposit, credit, or service fee.

9. Consulting, Proposal, Business, and Document Services

 

Refunds are not available for consulting, proposal support, document drafting, business planning, HR support, operational consulting, emergency management consulting, disaster recovery support, resume review, policy development, training design, or similar services once work has begun.

 

Work may include, without limitation:

​

  • Reviewing client-provided information

  • Conducting research

  • Drafting documents

  • Preparing templates

  • Editing materials

  • Creating policies

  • Preparing proposals

  • Designing training

  • Providing feedback

  • Creating strategy

  • Attending meetings

  • Sending emails

  • Preparing deliverables

  • Providing recommendations

  • Performing administrative setup

  • Reserving project time

 

Because these services involve time, expertise, intellectual labor, and customized work, fees are non-refundable once the work begins, regardless of whether the client ultimately uses, approves, submits, publishes, implements, or accepts the work product.

10. Resume Review, Career Support, and Contractor Preparation Services

 

Fees for resume reviews, career preparation, contractor preparation, application support, interview preparation, onboarding support, or related services are non-refundable once the service has begun or the review has been delivered.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC does not guarantee:

​

  • Job placement

  • Contractor placement

  • Interview selection

  • Client approval

  • Resume acceptance

  • Application success

  • Certification completion

  • Income

  • Work availability

  • Platform approval

  • Hiring outcome

 

A customer’s failure to receive a job, contract, interview, platform approval, or desired opportunity does not entitle the customer to a refund.

11. Training, Courses, Programs, and Workshops

 

Payments for training, courses, workshops, onboarding programs, learning materials, or educational sessions are non-refundable once:

​

  • Access has been granted

  • Materials have been delivered

  • Login credentials have been issued

  • A class or session has started

  • Training content has been viewed or downloaded

  • Administrative preparation has begun

  • The participant fails to attend

  • The participant fails to complete the program

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC does not guarantee certification, passing scores, employment, contractor approval, client approval, business results, or successful completion.

 

If VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC cancels a training session or workshop, we may provide a rescheduled date, service credit, substitute session, or refund at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Memberships, Subscriptions, and Community Fees

 

If VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC offers memberships, subscriptions, community access, paid groups, digital access, recurring services, or similar offerings, payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

​

  • Monthly membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Community access fees are non-refundable.

  • One-time membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Failure to use membership benefits does not entitle you to a refund.

  • Removal for rule violations does not entitle you to a refund.

 

You are responsible for cancelling any recurring membership or subscription before the next billing date.

 

Cancellation stops future billing but does not create a refund for past payments or the current billing period.

13. Digital Products, Downloads, Templates, and Online Materials

 

All sales of digital products are final.

 

Digital products may include, without limitation:

  • Forms

  • Guides

  • Scripts

  • Policies

  • Checklists

  • Training materials

  • Proposal templates

  • Intake forms

  • Downloadable documents

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, no refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or charge reversals are available once a digital product is purchased, delivered, accessed, downloaded, emailed, or made available.

 

You are responsible for ensuring that digital products are compatible with your software, device, systems, and intended use before purchase.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for:

  • Failure to download files

  • Failure to check spam or email filters

  • Incompatible software

  • Lack of technical ability

  • Customer device issues

  • Customer internet issues

  • Loss of downloaded files

  • Unauthorized sharing

  • Failure to customize templates

  • Failure to obtain professional review

  • Failure to achieve a desired business, legal, employment, or financial result

 

If a digital file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible due to an issue caused by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC, we may provide a replacement file or alternate delivery method at our discretion.

14. Printed, Laminated, Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products

 

All sales of custom, personalized, printed, laminated, branded, special-order, or made-to-order products are final once production begins.

 

This may include, without limitation:

​

  • Printed cards

  • Laminated cards

  • Business materials

  • Branded documents

  • Custom forms

  • Custom templates

  • Planners

  • Workbooks

  • Training packets

  • Flyers

  • Printed guides

  • Personalized products

  • Company-branded items

  • Any item created based on customer instructions, files, preferences, or approval

 

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for customer-approved designs, customer-provided errors, spelling mistakes, formatting issues, color expectations, layout preferences, image quality issues, or other problems caused by information or files submitted by the customer.

 

You are responsible for reviewing proofs, drafts, mockups, spelling, grammar, layout, quantities, names, addresses, images, logos, colors, and all other product details before approval.

 

Approval of a proof, draft, invoice, design, or order confirmation constitutes authorization to proceed with production and acceptance of the final product specifications.

15. Physical Product Returns and Exchanges

 

For eligible non-custom physical products purchased through the VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC shop, returns or exchanges may be considered only if:

​

  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery;

  • The item is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition;

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, if applicable;

  • You provide proof of purchase;

  • The product is not digital, custom, personalized, printed, laminated, final sale, clearance, downloadable, perishable, or otherwise excluded; and

  • VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC approves the return in writing before the item is sent back.

 

Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or discarded without refund.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error caused by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC.

 

Original shipping charges, handling fees, payment processing fees, rush fees, service fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 

Refunds, if approved, will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

16. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Products

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, you must notify VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery.

 

Your notice should include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging, if damaged

  • Any other information reasonably requested

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may, at its discretion, provide:

  • A replacement

  • A corrected item

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

  • Other reasonable resolution

 

Failure to notify us within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized alteration, normal wear and tear, customer storage conditions, customer error, or shipping carrier issues outside our reasonable control.

17. Shipping Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

 

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

 

For online merchandise orders, sellers must generally ship within the time stated in their advertising or, if no time is stated, within 30 days; if shipment is delayed, the customer must be offered the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, misdelivery, or damage caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain delays

  • Holidays

  • Customs or import delays

  • Theft after delivery

  • Customer failure to retrieve a package

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

 

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may treat the order as fulfilled unless evidence shows an error caused by the Company.

 

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

18. Order Processing and Fulfillment

 

Order processing begins after payment is successfully received.

 

Processing times may vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Customization requirements

  • Order volume

  • Inventory availability

  • Printing or production needs

  • Shipping carrier schedules

  • Business hours

  • Holidays

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to cancel or delay orders affected by inventory shortages, supplier issues, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, production limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may provide a refund, substitution, store credit, revised timeline, or cancellation as appropriate and as required by law.

19. Product Descriptions, Images, and Variations

 

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that website descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, materials, finishes, formatting, or product details will be perfectly accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

 

Minor variations may occur due to:

  • Lamination differences

  • Production methods

  • File quality

  • Hand-finishing or small-batch production

 

Minor variations, subjective preferences, or differences between online images and physical products do not entitle the customer to a refund.

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may provide website content, blog posts, downloadable resources, free materials, public information, social media posts, videos, newsletters, or other informational content.

 

Free resources and website content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guarantees.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC does not provide refunds, compensation, damages, credits, or other remedies for:

  • Website downtime

  • Website errors

  • Broken links

  • Outdated information

  • Typographical errors

  • Access issues

  • Technical problems

  • Unavailability of free content

  • Reliance on informational materials

  • Third-party website issues

 

Use of website content is at your own risk.

21. Third-Party Platforms, Vendors, and Payment Processors

We are not responsible for refunds, delays, failed transactions, processing errors, account holds, payment disputes, data incidents, technical issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, vendors, processors, or providers.

 

Third-party fees, including payment processor fees, platform fees, shipping fees, transaction fees, rush fees, and vendor fees, may be non-refundable.

 

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms, privacy policies, refund rules, and dispute processes.

22. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Reversals

 

You agree to contact VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC directly before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or payment claim.

 

Improper chargebacks are harmful to small businesses and may result in additional action.

 

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase, completed service, delivered digital product, fulfilled order, custom product, non-refundable deposit, or service already performed, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation to the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or applicable authority.

 

Documentation may include:

  • Payment records

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Download logs

  • Email communications

  • Service records

  • Appointment records

  • Signed agreements

  • Proof approvals

  • Policy acknowledgments

  • Work product

You may be responsible for chargeback fees, collection costs, administrative fees, legal fees, and any damages resulting from improper, false, fraudulent, or bad-faith payment disputes.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise determined by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC.

 

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may, at its discretion, offer store credit instead of a refund.

 

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is not transferable unless approved in writing

  • May expire if stated at issuance

  • May not be used for prior purchases

  • May not be redeemed for cash

  • May be voided if obtained through fraud, abuse, or policy violation

 

Offering store credit once does not obligate VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC to offer store credit in the future.

Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, limited-time sales, bundles, and special pricing are subject to the terms stated at the time of offer.

 

Unless otherwise stated:

26. Bundles and Package Purchases

 

If you purchase a bundle, package, multi-service offer, or discounted combination of products and services, refund eligibility is determined by the entire package and the portion already delivered, accessed, prepared, or performed.

 

If any part of a bundle has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, customized, scheduled, or started, the bundle may become non-refundable.

 

Partial refunds, if approved, may be calculated based on the standard full price of the delivered components rather than the discounted bundle price.

27. Client Delays and Failure to Provide Information

 

Many services require timely cooperation from the client or customer.

 

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, approvals, documents, access credentials, content, feedback, and instructions.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for delays, missed deadlines, incomplete work, additional fees, or failure to complete services caused by:

  • Client delay

  • Failure to respond

  • Failure to provide materials

  • Failure to approve drafts

  • Incomplete information

  • Incorrect information

  • Changing instructions

  • Internal client issues

  • Third-party delays

  • Lack of system access

  • Failure to attend meetings

 

Client delay does not entitle the client to a refund.

 

If a project is inactive due to client delay for more than 14 calendar days, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may pause, close, reschedule, or terminate the project without refund.

 

Reactivation may require additional fees.

28. Scope Changes and Additional Fees

 

Refunds will not be issued because a customer or client later determines that additional work, revisions, services, customization, support, or changes are needed.

 

Any work outside the original scope may require additional fees.

 

Scope changes may include:

​

  • Additional revisions

  • Additional meetings

  • Additional documents

  • New service requests

  • Rush work

  • Reformatting

  • Rewriting

  • Reprinting

  • Additional research

  • New strategy requests

  • Added deliverables

  • Additional client requirements

  • Changes after approval

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to decline out-of-scope requests or require a new quote, invoice, deposit, or agreement.

29. Revisions and Client Approval

 

If a service includes revisions, the number and type of revisions must be stated in writing.

 

Unless otherwise stated:

​

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Revisions must remain within the original scope.

For free resources, free consultations, unpaid services, website access, or informational content, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC shall have no liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
