Customer Service Representative (1099 Contractor)

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers through various channels like phone, email, chat and others. The Customer Service Representative will need to accurately and efficiently process orders, returns, and inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You'll be a crucial part of our team as the primary point of contact with our clients' customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
  • Understanding of customer satisfaction, experience and support practices
  • Ability to maintain positive and professional communication with customers
  • A friendly, outgoing attitude and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with virtual call center systems, customer service software, and CRM systems
  • A high school diploma, GED, or relevant experience. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
