Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers through various channels like phone, email, chat and others. The Customer Service Representative will need to accurately and efficiently process orders, returns, and inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You'll be a crucial part of our team as the primary point of contact with our clients' customers.
Qualifications
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
Understanding of customer satisfaction, experience and support practices
Ability to maintain positive and professional communication with customers
A friendly, outgoing attitude and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience with virtual call center systems, customer service software, and CRM systems
A high school diploma, GED, or relevant experience. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Please note that this is a fully remote position. The Customer Service Representative will be required to pass an assessment with help.

PC Requirements: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better Atom, Celeron, Pentium and Opteron processors are not permitted. 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space, 4 GB of RAM minimum, 8 GB of RAM or better is preferable. Windows 10, Windows 8(8.1 not supported by some clients), Hard-wired connection (no wireless), Minimum 10 mbps download, 3 mbps upload 120 milliseconds (ms), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution, 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p), Dual monitors may be required on some client programs.
MAC Requirements: Intel Core i5 2.7 GHz processor or better. 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space, 4 GB of RAM minimum, 8 GB of RAM or better is preferable. MAC OS X 10.10 Yosemite or higher. Hard-wired connection (no wireless), Minimum 10 mbps download, 3 mbps upload, 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution, 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p). Dual monitors may be required on some client programs.
A USB headset with microphone is required for training and servicing some client programs.
