Founder of VONIS Solutions, established in October 2023, she leads the company’s strategic vision across virtual operations, workforce scalability, and disaster-response support services. Her leadership is grounded in operational discipline, resilient service design, and mission-ready workforce frameworks.
With a professional background in FEMA-aligned disaster operations and emergency management environments, she has supported surge deployments, incident coordination, workforce mobilization, and structured program support during high-impact events. Her experience in federal response frameworks informs how VONIS Solutions designs continuity staffing models, contact center surge operations, and compliance-driven service delivery.
