“You,” “your,” “customer,” “client,” “purchaser,” “recipient,” or “user” refers to any person or entity that accesses our website, purchases products, submits orders, books services, downloads materials, or otherwise interacts with the Company.

 

By placing an order, purchasing a product, submitting payment, requesting shipment, downloading digital materials, or otherwise using the VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC website or shop, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

 

If you do not agree with this Shipping Policy, do not place an order or purchase products from our shop.

1. Purpose of This Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy is intended to explain how VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC handles order processing, fulfillment, shipment, delivery, and shipping-related issues.

This Policy does not apply to professional services that are not physically shipped. Service delivery, consulting, virtual call center services, customer experience support, staffing support, emergency management consulting, training services, proposal support, resume review services, and other service-based offerings may be governed by separate agreements, invoices, Statements of Work, Terms of Use, Refund & Cancellation Policy, or written service terms.

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may offer shipping to addresses within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing.

 

Shipping availability may vary based on:

Processing time means the time needed to review the order, confirm payment, prepare materials, produce or package the product, conduct quality checks, and submit the order for shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

 

Unless a product page, checkout page, invoice, or written confirmation states otherwise, standard processing times may vary depending on the product and order type.

 

Processing time may be affected by:

  • Proof approval

  • Customer response time

  • Order volume

  • Material availability

  • Payment verification

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC does not guarantee same-day, next-day, rush, or expedited processing unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Business Days

 

For purposes of this Shipping Policy, “business days” generally means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, Company-observed holidays, closures, emergency conditions, and days when normal operations are suspended.

 

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, after business hours, or during closures may begin processing on the next available business day.

6. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Timelines

 

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

 

Estimated delivery dates may include both processing time and carrier transit time. However, once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing is generally controlled by the carrier.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, natural disasters, emergencies, customs, supply chain disruptions, theft, customer unavailability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

For online merchandise orders, if VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC states a shipping timeframe, we must have a reasonable basis for that timeframe; if no timeframe is provided, online sellers are generally expected to ship within 30 days.

7. Delayed Shipments

 

If we become aware that we cannot ship an order within the timeframe stated at checkout, in the product description, in advertising, or within any legally applicable default timeframe, we may notify you of the delay and provide a revised shipping estimate where required.

 

When required by law, you may be given the option to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund. The FTC explains that if an online seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must notify the customer of the delay and give the customer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

 

Delay notices may be sent by email, phone, text, customer account notice, order update, or other reasonable communication method using the contact information you provided.

 

If you do not respond to a delay notice, we may proceed as permitted by applicable law.

8. Shipping Rates and Fees

 

Shipping rates, handling fees, packaging fees, rush fees, insurance fees, delivery fees, and related charges may vary based on:

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, shipping fees, handling fees, processing fees, rush fees, platform fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may use third-party shipping carriers, postal services, couriers, delivery platforms, print vendors, fulfillment providers, or other logistics providers.

  • Print or fulfillment partners

  • Other third-party carriers or vendors

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC does not own or control third-party shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, route decisions, delivery scans, service interruptions, mishandling, price changes, tracking errors, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery failures.

 

Your shipment may also be subject to the carrier’s own terms, service rules, insurance limits, claim procedures, and delivery policies.

10. Tracking Information

 

When tracking is available, tracking information may be sent to the email address, phone number, customer account, or contact method provided at checkout.

 

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. Carrier tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for carrier tracking errors, delayed scans, missing scans, incorrect tracking updates, or carrier system outages.

11. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

 

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current shipping information at the time of order.

 

This includes:

  • Full legal name or recipient name

  • Correct street address

  • Apartment, suite, unit, floor, or building number

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP code

  • Phone number, if needed for delivery

  • Email address

  • Delivery instructions, if applicable

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable orders caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly formatted shipping information provided by the customer.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, your order may be delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong location.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers

  • Wrong ZIP codes

  • Wrong recipient names

  • Outdated addresses

  • Autocomplete address errors

  • Customer relocation after order placement

  • Failure to update shipping information

  • Carrier inability to deliver due to address issues

 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees, handling fees, return fees, reshipment fees, and any costs associated with correcting or resending the order.

 

Refunds are not guaranteed for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer.

13. Address Changes After Order Placement

 

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you must contact us immediately at:

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet entered fulfillment, production, packaging, or shipment.

 

Address changes are not guaranteed.

 

Once an order has been shipped, transferred to a carrier, entered production, or submitted to a fulfillment provider, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for losses, delays, fees, or misdelivery resulting from late address-change requests.

14. Returned Packages

 

Packages may be returned to VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC or a fulfillment provider for reasons including:

​

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refused delivery

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

  • Carrier restriction

  • Package not picked up

  • Mail forwarding issue

  • Delivery location inaccessible

  • Business closure

  • Carrier error

 

If a package is returned, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may, at its discretion:

  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense

  • Issue store credit, minus non-refundable fees

  • Cancel the order, minus shipping, handling, production, customization, and administrative costs

  • Hold the order for a limited time pending customer response

  • Decline reshipment if the product is custom, damaged, perishable, time-sensitive, or no longer suitable for resale

 

Original shipping fees, handling fees, production fees, custom product fees, and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

15. Refused Delivery

 

If you refuse delivery of an order without prior written approval from VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC, the order may be treated as abandoned, returned, or cancelled at your expense.

 

Refused delivery does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

 

You may be responsible for:

​

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping fees

  • Carrier fees

  • Handling fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Production costs

  • Customization costs

  • Administrative fees

  • Any damage or loss occurring during return transit

 

Custom, personalized, printed, laminated, made-to-order, digital, or final-sale products are not eligible for refund solely because delivery was refused.

16. Lost Packages

 

A package may be considered lost if the carrier confirms that it cannot locate or deliver the shipment, or if the tracking information indicates an unresolved delivery failure after a reasonable investigation period.

Your message should include:

​

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Shipping address

  • Tracking number, if available

  • Description of the issue

  • Any communication from the carrier

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may assist with a carrier inquiry or claim when appropriate, but we do not guarantee carrier claim approval, replacement, refund, or recovery of the package.

 

If the carrier marks a package as delivered, the order may be treated as fulfilled unless evidence shows an error caused by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC.

17. Packages Marked Delivered

 

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may rely on the carrier’s delivery confirmation as proof of delivery.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are:

​

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Picked up by another person at the address

  • Misplaced by the recipient

  • Delivered to a mailroom, front desk, porch, lobby, parcel locker, leasing office, workplace, or other delivery location

  • Delivered according to carrier instructions

  • Left unattended by the carrier

  • Lost after being marked delivered

 

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, you should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, front desks, and the shipping carrier.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may, at its discretion, assist with a carrier inquiry but does not guarantee replacement, refund, or credit for packages marked delivered.

18. Stolen Packages

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for theft, porch piracy, loss after delivery, unauthorized pickup, or packages stolen from the delivery location after the carrier marks the shipment as delivered.

 

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address.

 

For high-risk delivery locations, customers should consider using a secure mailbox, business address, parcel locker, signature service, or other secure delivery option where available.

19. Damaged Packages or Products

 

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery.

 

Your notice must include:

​

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Date of delivery

  • Description of damage

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Photos of labels, if available

  • Any carrier notice or documentation

 

You must keep the damaged product and packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier or VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may require inspection.

​

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe or failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may, at its discretion, provide:

​

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Reprint

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

  • Carrier claim assistance

  • Other reasonable resolution

 

The available remedy will depend on the product type, damage cause, carrier responsibility, customer documentation, inventory, and applicable law.

20. Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

​

Your notice should include:

​

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Copy of the order confirmation, if requested

 

If we determine that an incorrect or defective item was caused by our error, we may provide a correction, replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for customer errors, including but not limited to:

​

  • Incorrect spelling submitted by customer

  • Wrong names or titles

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incorrect quantities

  • Incorrect file uploads

  • Low-resolution images

  • Poor-quality logos

  • Wrong product selection

  • Incorrect customization instructions

  • Failure to review proofs

  • Failure to identify errors before approval

21. Custom, Personalized, Printed, Laminated, and Made-to-Order Products

 

Custom, personalized, printed, laminated, branded, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

 

These products may include:

​

  • Printed cards

  • Laminated cards

  • Business cards

  • Flyers

  • Workbooks

  • Planners

  • Training packets

  • Branded materials

  • Custom forms

  • Custom templates

  • Personalized documents

  • Printed guides

  • Client-specific materials

  • Any product created based on customer instructions or files

 

Because these products are prepared specifically for the customer, they may not be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins unless otherwise required by law or approved by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC in writing.

 

Customer approval of a design, proof, mockup, draft, invoice, product description, or written order confirmation authorizes VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC to proceed with production.

 

Once approved, the customer is responsible for all spelling, grammar, layout, formatting, color, logo, image, quantity, name, title, contact information, address, and design details.

​

22. Proofs, Approvals, and Production Delays

 

If a product requires proof approval, production may not begin until approval is received.

 

Customer delays in reviewing proofs, approving drafts, providing files, submitting corrections, or responding to questions may delay fulfillment and shipping.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines, delayed shipment, or additional costs caused by customer delays.

 

If a customer approves a proof containing errors, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for the approved errors and is not required to provide a refund, reprint, replacement, or correction at no cost.

23. Product Appearance, Color, and Minor Variations

 

Product images, mockups, website photos, digital previews, and proofs are for reference purposes only.

 

Actual products may vary due to:

​

  • Screen color differences

  • Printer settings

  • Paper or material availability

  • Lamination finish

  • Cutting or trimming differences

  • Supplier changes

  • Production methods

  • File quality

  • Image resolution

  • Lighting conditions

  • Batch differences

  • Manual finishing

  • Formatting conversions

 

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, alignment, or appearance do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to a refund, return, replacement, or chargeback.

24. Digital Products and Electronic Delivery

 

Some VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC products may be delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.

 

Digital products may include:

​

  • Templates

  • PDF files

  • Editable documents

  • Forms

  • Guides

  • Scripts

  • Policies

  • Checklists

  • Training materials

  • Workbooks

  • Digital planners

  • Downloadable resources

  • Online access materials

 

Digital products may be delivered by:

​

  • Email

  • Download link

  • Website account

  • Customer portal

  • Shared file link

  • Learning platform

  • Other electronic delivery method

 

Digital delivery is considered complete when the file, link, access instructions, or electronic material is sent, made available, or otherwise delivered to the contact information provided by the customer.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for:

​

  • Incorrect email addresses

  • Spam or junk folder filtering

  • Customer device issues

  • Internet issues

  • Software incompatibility

  • Failure to download materials

  • Failure to save files

  • Expired download links

  • Unauthorized sharing

  • Customer loss of downloaded files

 

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, emailed, or made available.

​

25. Services Are Not Physically Shipped

 

Professional services, consulting services, virtual call center services, customer support services, workforce solutions, training services, disaster recovery staffing, emergency management consulting, HR support, resume review, proposal support, and other service-based offerings are not physical products and are not shipped unless a written agreement states otherwise.

 

Service delivery may occur by:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Video meeting

  • Shared document

  • Client portal

  • Virtual platform

  • Live training

  • Written deliverable

  • Consultation

  • Project management tool

  • Other agreed communication method

 

Shipping timelines do not apply to service completion timelines.

 

Refunds, cancellations, revisions, and service disputes are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Terms of

Use, invoice terms, service agreement, or Statement of Work.

26. Local Pickup

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may, at its discretion, offer local pickup for certain products.

 

Local pickup is not guaranteed and may be limited based on product type, availability, schedule, location, safety, or business capacity.

 

If local pickup is approved, you must pick up the order within the timeframe provided.

 

Failure to pick up an order within the required timeframe may result in storage fees, cancellation, forfeiture, or other resolution at the Company’s discretion.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for products damaged, lost, abandoned, or delayed due to customer failure to pick up an order on time.

27. Rush Orders and Expedited Shipping

 

Rush processing or expedited shipping may be available for certain products at an additional cost.

 

Rush processing means the Company may attempt to process the order faster than standard processing. Expedited shipping means the carrier may attempt to deliver faster than standard shipping.

 

Rush processing and expedited shipping are not the same.

 

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC does not guarantee that rush or expedited orders will arrive by a specific date unless expressly stated in writing.

 

Rush fees, expedited shipping fees, priority fees, and related charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused solely by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC.

 

Carrier delays on expedited shipments are subject to the carrier’s policies and are not the responsibility of VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC.

28. Preorders, Backorders, and Out-of-Stock Items

 

Some products may be offered as preorders, backorders, limited-availability items, or special-order items.

 

Estimated availability dates are estimates only and may change due to vendor delays, production delays, supply shortages, shipping disruptions, or other factors.

 

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may offer:

  • Revised fulfillment timeline

  • Substitute product

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

  • Cancellation of the unavailable item

 

We reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable products.

29. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

Separate shipments may occur due to:

  • Inventory availability

  • Product type

  • Customization timelines

  • Vendor fulfillment

  • Different shipping origins

  • Product size or weight

  • Partial availability

  • Digital and physical product combinations

You may receive separate tracking numbers, delivery dates, or packages.

Additional shipping charges may apply if disclosed at checkout, on an invoice, or in writing.

30. Split Orders and Partial Fulfillment

If part of an order is available and part is delayed, VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC may ship the available portion first and fulfill the remaining portion later.

If an item cannot be fulfilled, we may issue a refund, credit, substitution, or cancellation for the unavailable item as appropriate and as required by law.

Shipping fees may not be refundable if part of the order has already shipped.

31. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible to:

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

Orders may not be cancelled once they have:

  • Entered production

  • Been printed

  • Been laminated

  • Been customized

  • Been packaged

  • Been shipped

  • Been submitted to a vendor

  • Been submitted to a fulfillment provider

  • Been digitally delivered

  • Been otherwise prepared for fulfillment

If cancellation is approved before fulfillment begins, a refund or credit may be issued, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, platform fees, administrative fees, or other costs already incurred.

32. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be available for certain orders if selected by the customer or included by VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC.

Insurance availability and coverage depend on the carrier and shipping method.

If insurance is not selected or not available, recovery for loss or damage may be limited.

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for carrier claim denials, limited insurance coverage, excluded items, delayed claim processing, or carrier refusal to reimburse.

33. High-Value, Time-Sensitive, or Event-Based Orders

Customers are responsible for placing orders early enough to allow for processing, production, shipping, carrier delays, and unexpected issues.

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for missed events, deadlines, meetings, trainings, conferences, holidays, launches, interviews, submissions, or business uses caused by late ordering, delayed customer approval, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery by a particular date is not guaranteed.

34. Customer Files, Logos, and Uploaded Materials

If you submit files, logos, images, text, templates, or other materials for printed, customized, branded, or made-to-order products, you are responsible for ensuring that all materials are accurate, authorized, high-quality, and suitable for production.

You represent that you have the legal right to use and submit all materials provided.

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution files

  • Blurry images

  • Incorrect logos

  • Unauthorized use of third-party materials

  • Spelling errors

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Design limitations caused by file quality

  • Formatting problems caused by customer-provided files

  • Copyright or trademark violations in customer-provided materials

You agree to indemnify VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC for claims arising from customer-provided files, images, logos, names, content, or materials.

35. Inventory, Materials, and Supplier Changes

Product availability, materials, finishes, packaging, paper stock, lamination type, product components, and supplier availability may change without notice.

VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions of materials, packaging, vendors, suppliers, or production methods when necessary, provided the substitution does not materially alter the essential nature of the product.

If a material substitution materially affects the product, we may contact you when practical.

36. Abandoned Orders

An order may be considered abandoned if:

  • The customer does not respond to required proof approval

  • The customer does not provide needed information

  • The customer does not pay required shipping or reshipment fees

  • The customer does not retrieve a local pickup order

  • The customer does not respond to delivery issue communications

  • The customer fails to cooperate for more than 14 calendar days after notice

Abandoned orders may be cancelled, closed, archived, stored, disposed of, or otherwise handled at VONIS SOLUTIONS LLC’s discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed for abandoned orders.

37. Fraud Review and Order Verification
