Cancellation Policy

1. Paid consultations must be paid in full at time of booking. 2. Fees are non-refundable once the consultation begins. 3. If services are contracted within 30 days, the consultation fee may be credited toward the first invoice (at VONIS Solutions’ discretion). 4. Consultations are available by appointment only and must be booked in advance. 5. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation. 6. Consultations are conducted virtually unless an alternative arrangement is approved in advance. 7. Access to select consultations is limited to qualified clients or active members of VONIS Solutions. Cancellation & Rescheduling 1. Cancellations or reschedules require 48 hours’ notice. 2. Late cancellations or no-shows for paid consultations are non-refundable.
