Cancellation Policy

1. Consultations are available by appointment only and must be booked in advance. 2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Requests made due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted via email. 3. Consultations are conducted virtually unless an alternative arrangement is approved in advance. 4. Certain consultation types require membership or prior qualification in order to book. Scope of Discussion 1. Complimentary consultations are limited to high-level discussion and alignment. 2. Detailed pricing, service design, and operational planning are provided through paid consultations or formal proposals. Cancellation & Rescheduling 1. Cancellations or reschedules require 48 hours’ notice. 2. Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled once.
